IRIS Systems provides the software solutions for remote programming and monitoring of your IRIS Flame Monitoring System. The Graphic User Interface assures ease of use with setting up the software, as well as monitoring functions.
Data can be exported to a spreadsheet to provide a permanent record, and for archiving purposes. Choose the solution from our FlameTools software packages to fit the application you require.

FlameTools for Personal Computers

For IRIS Models P520, P522, P531 and P532 Signal Processors.

FlameTools for Palm
Provides a truly portable solution for programming
IRIS Models P520, P522, P531, P532, 700 and 800 Signal Processors.
 

This version of FlameTools software is designed to run on a Palm Powered^TM  PDA (Personal Data Assistant) with a serial EIA-232 port.
The small size and battery power (4 to 6 hours on a full charge) makes this a fully portable alternative.
The IRIS PDA-P53x Communications Interface Kit provides all the cables required for connection to your Palm Powered^TM Handheld.

The user friendly graphical interface provides intuitive representation and configuration options for settings and outputs.

• Flame strength and characteristics: Proportional representation of UV and IR on dual scanners.
• Displays 3 channels (or 3 devices for single channel devices) simultaneously:
• Complete control over device configuration.
• Continuously save maximum and minimum flame readings with time stamps: (used to verify or adjust configurations)
• Automatic gain adjustment: (adjust gain so flame signal is nominal)
• Filter wizard: Automatically save and compare flame readings for all filter settings. Samples can be taken at arbitrary times (can be performed when the flame is at appropriate test level then saved for future comparison). Recommended settings are calculated for user configuration.
• Configuration save: Save the configuration of connected devices with time stamp included. Choice of saving individual or batch mode. Saved data can be exported to a PC and spreadsheet for archival or restoration purposes.
• Configuration restore: restore saved configurations to devices (configurations can be cloned and confirmations can be modified before restoration)
  Restore a single processor or an entire category (loop) of configurations.
  Multiple configurations can be saved, adjusted and restored.
• Global adjust: Set one (or more) parameters to identical values for all units connected to on a loop.
